Designed as a rectangular badge, one side shows the three-headed red dragon breathing flames on a black background, with the words Targaryen’ engraved below. The other side features the metallic version of the dragons set within an engraved silver border.

The medallion arrives nestled in black velvet which is inside a coin case that has been custom-made to complement this unique collectible. It features the series logo and a close-up image of the Iron Throne. This is a limited-edition medallion, with only 3,000 being made.
