How much will it cost to ship my order within Australia?
A shipping fee of $8.95 applies for most deliveries within Australia. For smaller items, we offer discounted shipping starting from $6.95. Please visit our Shipping page to take advantage of our Free Worldwide Shipping offers.

Who do you use for delivery of orders?
We use Australia Post for deliveries within Australia. To ensure your order is delivered safely and securely, we use Business eParcel which requires tracking and Signature On Delivery.

Can I use a different delivery method?
Yes. Australia Post is our preferred choice; however, if you wish to use a different courier please contact us as additional charges may apply.

Do you ship internationally?
Yes, we have customers all over the world. Depending on your location we may use Australia Post International services or couriers such as DHL or Fedex. Please check your country's import and currency laws before ordering. Note all International orders delivered outside of Australia are GST free (TAX free). When will my order be sent?
Products in stock are normally dispatched within 48 hours of order confirmation including full payment. Occassionally, we may list new-release coins which are not held in stock at the time. If this occurs, delivery times may extend to 2-3 weeks, of which you will be notified.

How can I track my order?
You can track you order using the tracking number sent to your registered email address. Please visit the Australia Post tracking page for up-to-date delivery information. We recommend visiting the Australia Post or specified courier's website to view estimated shipping times.

What if my items are damaged?
We ensure all products are well packaged and thoroughly checked before each shipment. In the unlikely event you have received a damaged item, please contact us immediately with your order number and description of damage.
