This adorable coin is the fourth in the 2021 Dreaming Down Under series and features an adorable Tasmanian devil.
Illustrated by Australian artist Elise Martinson, this series is inspired by dreamy newborn basket photography, a trend adored by parents all the world over.
The coin’s reverse depicts a cute baby Tasmanian devil asleep in a fleece-lined nest surrounded by colourful Australian native flowers and wildlife. The Perth Mint’s ‘P’ mintmark also appears on the reverse with the coin’s weight and purity. The Jody Clark effigy of Her Majesty Queen Elizabeth II, the coin’s monetary denomination and year-date appear on the obverse.
The coin is housed in a classic display case with a clear lid. Packaged with an illustrated shipper, each coin is accompanied by a numbered Certificate of Authenticity.
