Struck by The Perth Mint from 1/2oz of 99.99% pure silver in proof quality and issued as legal tender under the authority of the Government of Tuvalu. The Perth Mint will release no more than 5,000 of the 2017 Polar Babies - Arctic Fox 1/2oz Silver Proof Coin.
The coin features an Arctic fox pup sitting in the bush. The inscription ARCTIC FOX and The Perth Mint’s ‘P’ mintmark also appear in the design. The obverse depicts the Ian Rank-Broadley effigy of Her Majesty Queen Elizabeth II, the 2017 year-date, and the monetary denomination.
Displayed in a classic presentation case, the coin is delivered in a delightful illustrated shipper with a numbered Certificate of Authenticity.
