This year’s Perth ANDA Coin Show Special features the spectacular Year of the Goat design.
A superb gift or collectable, each coin is meticulously struck by The Perth Mint from 2oz of 99.9% pure silver in proof quality. Issued as legal tender under the Australian Currency Act 1965, no more than 1,000 Perth ANDA Coin Show Specials will be released worldwide.
Each coin is housed in special ANDA presentation packaging, making it an unforgettable memento from the show, taking place at Patterson’s Stadium on 7 and 8 March 2015.
The coin’s reverse depict three coloured goats standing within a stylised Chinese landscape. The Chinese character for ‘goat’ and the inscription ‘Year of the Goat’ also appear in the design with The Perth Mint’s traditional ‘P’ mintmark. The Ian Rank-Broadley effigy of Her Majesty Queen Elizabeth II, the 2015 year-date and the monetary denomination are shown on the obverse of each coin.
Accompanied by a numbered Certificate of Authenticity, the coin is housed in a display case and wonderfully illustrated box-shipper featuring the ANDA logo alongside the dates of the Perth show.
